About Thea Calitz

Hi, I have been in the property industry since 1987 and what I love most is helping people feel confident and supported when making important property decisions. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and my role is to make the process clear, calm, and as stress-free as possible. Although I work and sell all over our beautiful country my main focus is Richards Bay, where is have lived since 1971 ( except for 5 years in Polokwane). My experience includes residential and lifestyle properties and investment opportunities. I also enjoy mentoring and partnering with other agents, building genuine working relationships based on trust, collaboration, and shared growth. When I’m not working, I love travelling with my husband and collecting stories from the places we explore. We also have a holiday rental in St Lucia that we rent out on short term basis. At the heart of it all, I believe real estate is about people — and I value every journey I’m invited to be part of.
